SUMMARY: Your role as a Catering Liaison will include coordinating and executing all catering orders at your store. Additionally, you will assist with and support the regional Prepared Foods vision. You will ensure a positive company image by providing courteous, friendly, and efficient service to customers and team members. DUTIES: REQUIREMENTS: - Give every customer immediate and undivided attention. Surprise and delight the customers with consistent, delicious food. - Take catering orders over the phone and in person. - Schedule and arrange delivery for catering orders. - Communicate with all teams and review orders to ensure accuracy. - Ring in all catering orders and maintain accurate sales records. - Order all catering-related inventory. - Clean and organize production station daily. - Plan and execute catering demonstrations on the sales floor along with the Demo Specialist. - Complete spoilage, sampling, temperature, and sweep worksheets as required. - Support national, regional, and store programs. - Respond promptly to customer needs and questions and requests assistance when necessary, including answering the store phone system. - Follow and comply with established proce...
