PolyPeptide is seeking a Production Team Lead – Finished Product to oversee daily manufacturing operations related to final product processing, packaging, and release preparation. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will guide a team, ensure compliance, and help drive efficient, high-quality production in a GMP environment. Position Summary: As a Production Team Lead (Finished Product), you will coordinate and support finished product operations, ensuring all activities are executed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with cGMP standards. You will serve as a key link between operators and management, helping drive team performance, product quality, and on-time delivery.
