Carolina Meadows is looking for an experienced Nurse Coordinator to join our Medical Practice team! Summary: This position is primary responsible for providing direct medical care to residents of Carolina Meadows while ensuring the highest level of care and satisfaction is provided. Requirements: Completion of Practical Nursing Program, and two (2) to four (4) years of long-term care and geriatric medical service experience preferred. Must also possess high-quality verbal and written communication skills, strong customer service skills and must be proficient in the operation of computer applications, general office and medical equipment.
