Job Summary: The main function of this role is to support the front of house and the trainers by providing coverage when there’s PTO and call out for-lunch coverage. As a trainer you will carry out facial workouts and drive exceptional customer service, sales and build client retention within our studios. As a studio host you will be responsible for the planning and scheduling of workout bookings and be the first point of contact for the customer, offering 5* service and maximising every sales opportunity through rebooks and retail sales.
