Job Description Reporting to the National Director, Nutritional Care and Culinary Services, the Registered Dietitian Consultant will work closely with operational leaders in Long-Term Care (LTC) Homes and Retirement communities across the Residential Care Division to promote clinical and operational excellence. During this 8-month contract, you’ll have the opportunity to contribute to focus on improving interprofessional clinical practices and quality outcomes through education, training, safety issue mitigation, and quality improvement initiatives informed by data analysis. The consultant will also collaborate with the Corporate Quality & Risk team and other departments to develop and implement care standards, best practices, and continuous learning opportunities, ensuring high-quality care and exceptional resident experiences. This position could be located in Ontario, Alberta or Manitoba.
