Job DetailsJob Location: Santa Rosa - Santa Rosa, CA 95401Salary Range: $29.11 - $47.87 HourlyJob Purpose: We are seeking a detail-driven Payroll Accountant who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has deep expertise in payroll processing and accounting principles. The Payroll Accountant is responsible for processing biweekly payroll, general accounting duties such as journal entries, account reconciliations and other assigned accounting functions as needed. Work is completed in an accurate, timely, and professional manner in compliance with local, state and federal laws. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of the payroll process, accounting principles. Key responsibilities: accurately processing payroll and ensuring compliance, perform key accounting tasks including journal entries, account reconciliation, and other financial functions. Collaborate with departments to support smooth financial operations. QualificationsQualifications: Associates degree (A.A.) in accounting, five years full cycle payroll experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
