Job Description: To provide customer service with SPIRIT and pay and/or verify Jackpot winnings in a timely fashion. - Complete written department forms to document cash transactions, jackpot payouts and money handling. - Monitor slot floor activities, BV jams, paper jams, data entry, guest relations, and dispatch. - Develop, apply, and maintain a friendly and courteous rapport with customers and team members. - Maintain secure key controls at all times. - Perform minor machine maintenance.
