About the team: The Capital Raising Operations team is part of Fund Operations, a global unit within EQT’s Central Functions. We are looking for an experienced Associate to support new fundraises in Private Wealth Management (PWM) from an operational perspective. The team works closely with several internal and external stakeholders to deliver best-in-class service and provide high-quality support to EQT’s investors. We focus on continuous improvement—streamlining internal processes, enhancing client communication, and leading or supporting various internal projects. We also collaborate with specialist teams across EQT to ensure compliance with investor and regulatory requirements in the alternative fund management industry.
