About the Role Reporting to the Country Manager – Visy Logistics Australia, this is a critical executive leadership role with full accountability for the performance of a large national and multi-site warehouse and transport operations in the Packaging and Consumer Goods sectors. With full P&L ownership, you will shape and execute the division’s strategic direction, balancing revenue growth, cost-to-serve, risk, and service delivery in a highly complex environment. In this role, you will lead, support and guide a team of State Managers nationally, shaping and evolving our metropolitan & Intrastate operations into a cohesive, high service and growth minded division. You will be skilled in leading large workforces to deliver in safety and compliance, customer service, revenue growth, and overall divisional profitability.
