Collaboration with hospital leaders within their hospital to ensure pharmacy services are appropriate and delivering required outcomes are a core responsibility of this position. Responsibilities also include leading operational and clinical activities, ensuring regulatory compliance, meeting fiscal expectations and ensuring staff competency.
