As the sole clinician, you’ll provide consistent, high impact care to 25–34 justice involved individuals living with severe and persistent mental health conditions. This is front line, outcomes focused work for clinicians who believe in recovery, accountability, and the power of skilled intervention—even in complex systems. You won’t do this alone. You’ll partner with a dedicated Case Worker and collaborate within a multidisciplinary team that includes a Supervisor, APRN, and Physician.
