The Role: We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead the design, development, and operation of our cutting-edge AI platform. This platform, will be the foundation for training and deploying sophisticated AI systems, with a particular focus on multi-agent architectures.This role requires a strategic thinker with strong technical leadership skills to guide a team of platform and AI engineers, ensuring the creation of a robust, scalable, and efficient environment for our AI initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Lead the Team: Guide and mentor a team of software engineers, AI engineers, and MLOps specialists, encouraging innovation and technical excellence in AI infrastructure. Own the Roadmap: Define and manage the development roadmap for the AI platform, ensuring it supports the company’s goals and AI R&D needs. Build the Platform: Design, build, and maintain a scalable, resilient AI platform using best practices in MLOps, automation, security, and infrastructure-as-code.
