Position Summary: Incumbent shall be responsible for providing a full range of therapy services in his/her respective discipline including assessment, treatment planning and therapeutic interventions in an interdisciplinary environment consistent with the position’s qualifications, professional practices and ethical standards. Supervises and instructs support and assistive personnel in administering modalities and therapeutic equipment/exercise. Maintains responsibility for safety and care of patients, fellow employees and equipment. Demonstrates accountability for and contribution to program development, quality improvement, problem solving and productivity enhancement in a flexible interdisciplinary fashion. Responsible for annual clinical competencies and new employee competencies as well as student affiliations . Cooperates and consults with coworkers and Director to fulfill the goals of the department Education, License & Cert: Graduate of an accredited four‐year bachelors degree program (or foreign equivalent), and hold an applicable and current license in the state of practice with continued education efforts to enhance administrative and communicative skills.
