About the Team: We are seeking a strategic HR Business Partner in San Jose to act as a dedicated advisor to our Product & Design organizations. In this role, you will partner directly with senior product and design leaders to build the teams responsible for TikTok’s core user experience. You will navigate the unique intersections of product strategy, user research, and creative execution, helping leaders scale talent that bridges the gap between technical viability and user-centric innovation. By deeply understanding product lifecycles and design operations, you will shape HR strategies that foster a culture of creative safety, rapid iteration, and high performance, directly impacting how billions of users interact with our platform. To enhance collaboration and cross-functional partnerships, among other things, at this time, our organization follows a hybrid work schedule that requires employees to work in the office 5 days a week, or as directed by their manager/department.
