As a member of the customer-facing team, the Order Management Specialist provides premier customer service to their assigned accounts. You will be responsible for the proactive management of orders from receipt through delivery, partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure best-in-class results. How will you create impact?: Process customer orders from receipt to delivery in a timely and accurate manner. Communicate service issues to internal and external stakeholders.
