This position is ideal for someone highly proficient in Xactimate and experienced in handling large loss estimates , including fire, water, mold, contents, and full reconstruction. This is an in-house role for a candidate who has worked (or is currently working) within a restoration company and understands the pace, expectations, and standards of the industry. In addition to estimating, this individual will assist with day-to-day operations , helping support and streamline office and project workflows. Key Responsibilities: - Inspect and scope jobs onsite in coordination with Project Managers, Crew Chiefs, and Lead Technicians - Create detailed mitigation and reconstruction estimates in Xactimate (large loss experience required) - Document losses with clear photos, notes, and proper file organization within company systems - Ensure all job documentation (photos, notes,...
