The logic way forward Job Purpose: As a Transport Coordinator, you are a master at handling and solving customer questions. You are the first point of contact and ensure that complaints are concluded with the correct agreement. Building a good harmony with customers and stakeholders is indispensable here. Responsibilities: Preparation of the wagon lists and the consignment notes Optimal train planning: Registering the trains at the ports and terminals Wagon management, handling any damage to wagons Processing relevant data in the various systems Keeping customers informed about the train run Rescheduling in the event of delays and possible other irregularities Hiring, handling and resolving customer queries Managing our container depots: Keeping administrative matters up to date Requirements: Approximately 2 years of work experience in logistics or a completed logistics education Excellent knowledge of the Dutch and English language.
