We’re seeking a driven, people ‑ first Talent Acquisition Partner to support high ‑ volume , high ‑ turnover , performance ‑ based sales hiring , including door ‑ to ‑ door sales representatives and retail event teams . This role requires urgency, sound judgment, and a strong commitment to an inclusive, consistent candidate experience. The ideal candidate brings a headhunter mindset —proactively sourcing and engaging active and passive talent through targeted outreach, talent mapping, and consistent follow ‑ up . You will manage the full recruiting lifecycle and deliver client ‑ ready hires at scale while maintaining quality, compliance, and a positive candidate experience from first contact through first shift.
