As part of our team in Charlotte, NC, you will contribute to safe dig operations with cutting-edge equipment and a strong safety culture. Key responsibilities include: - Assist in operating hydrovac equipment in diverse environments, including confined spaces - Attend regular safety meetings and adhere to safety protocols - Perform routine inspections and minor repairs on equipment - Prepare work areas with appropriate safety measures and hazard mitigation - Accurately document and report company, federal, state, and customer paperwork Requirements: Required Qualifications: - Valid driver's license - Able to lift, push, and pull 50+ lbs - Able to perform manual labor outdoors in varying weather conditions - Authorized to work in the United States - Able to work variable shifts with extended hours - Available to work weekends as needed Preferred Qualifications: - Prior experience operating hydrovac equipment or in a related industrial role (excavation, utility work, vacuum truck, construction, oil & gas, environment...
