You get it done: As a Freight Forwarder Export Air, you will be responsible for organizing your own shipments and coordinating the entire transport process from A to Z. Tasks: - Manage daily customer service and maintain close contact with clients regarding air export shipments - Create and manage shipments in your own TMS system - Provide instructions to the customs team for the preparation of customs documentation - Communicate daily within the DSV network for shipment pre-alerts and quotations - Ensure accurate invoicing and high-quality data management - Apply DSV compliance standards (security, embargo countries, carriers, and goods) We are DSV, we grow: DSV is the world’s largest transport and logistics company, with more than 160,000 colleagues in over 90 countries.
