We offer an AGGRESSIVE pay plan!! The purpose of this role is to sell dealership’s brand and pre-owned inventory vehicles. They are to generate sales of new and pre-owned dealership vehicles while maximizing company’s profitability. Understand and demonstrate vehicles’ capabilities and features. Develop and maintain customer relationships for future sales and service needs. QualificationsESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS (RESPONSIBILITIES): Always display a professional demeanor Ability to successfully negotiate with customers. Keep current on all dealership product(s) knowledge as well as our competitors’. Ability to develop and maintain customer relationships (before and after sales.) Datamine large databases to generate new sales leads and opportunities. Log and maintain customer data. Take customers on test drives.
