Your new role: As a Team Assistant in our Customer Strategy team, you'll be the organizational backbone that keeps our commercial operations running smoothly. You'll play a vital role in ensuring our promotional and educational materials reach the right people at the right time, supporting a team dedicated to bringing life-changing treatments to patients across the region. Day-to-day your tasks will include: Managing contracts and purchase orders with external suppliers (HCPs) through Coupa and SAP systems, ensuring accurate processing and invoice reconciliation Coordinating the production, distribution, and warehouse management of promotional and educational materials, keeping everything aligned with current strategy Organizing team calendars, meetings, off-sites, and acting as the central point of contact for internal and external communications Supporting logistics and timely communication with the sales force around congresses, events, and promotional material distribution Mainta...
