Job Description Summary: 4 ten hour shifts, combination of 5p-2a and 9p-7a Provide virtual cross coverage for HMS care sites. Responsibilities And Duties: Must have a Supervision Agreement (SA) or Standard Care Arrangement (SCA) with a physician in like practice. Practices within applicable state laws, appropriate boards, and in accordance with his/her/their SA/SCA and delineation of privileges. The duties and responsibilities for the APP working in Hospital Medicine include but not are limited to obtaining and performing medical history and physical exams, recording and interpreting data (ex. Labs, diagnostic studies, progress notes, etc., formulating and implementing treatment plans, maintaining communication with patient and families regarding medical care, collaborating with the multidisciplinary care team, actively pa...
