ABOUT THE ROLE: At a glance: This role will be based at our Fenny Lock National Distribution Centre OR our Magna Park National Distribution Centre The salary range for this role is set at £32,400 - £40,900 Please note this role is for 42 hours per week. You will be working a DuPont shift schedule, a 4 week pattern of 14 x 12.5 hour shifts (a combination of day and night shifts - 05:45 - 18:15 / 17:45 - 06:15) in one rotation cycle (28 days) including 7 consecutive days off. In addition to your contractual pay, any time worked between 18:00 - 22:00 will attract an Evening Premium at a rate of £2.75 per hour, and any time worked between 22:00 - 06:00 will attract a Night Premium at a rate of £3.75 per hour. This will also apply to existing Partners who have enrolled onto Enhanced Hours Premium arrangements. As an integrated part of the Campus Engineering Team, Fabric Engineers support both shift and technical teams by delivering in-house planned, reactive, remedial and improvement tasks.
