Description The Organization Studies area at Vanderbilt University’s Owen Graduate School of Management announces, subject to budgetary approval, a two‐year post‐doctoral fellowship for newly‐graduating PhDs in organizational behavior, human resource management, or other closely-related fields, covering topics such as employment relationships; ethics; negotiation; cross-cultural management; employee voice; power and status; corporate social responsibility; and diversity, stigma, and discrimination. Postdocs are expected to work with Owen faculty on new research projects while making progress toward the publication of their current work. To be eligible, candidates must complete the Ph.D. by summer 2022. The strongest candidates will be those whose interests align closely with Owen faculty, and where the postdoc and faculty member can foresee developing joint research projects.
