The platinum centre at Cleanaway supports our national accounts and an entire portfolio of our largest customers. Responsibilities will include: - Customer relationship management through the use of a combination of practices and strategies to ensure improved relationships, retention, contractual obligations and sales growth is achieved; - Management of customer service requests in the Cleanaway Sales Force (CRM) system; - Ensure first call resolution best practice is achieved to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction; - Administer process pricing queries and escalate for compliance and approval; - Investigate, log, and resolve customer complaints to ensure positive resolution and improved service; and - Monitor and record activities from inbound calls, outbound calls and emails.
