About the role: We’re looking for an experienced People Data & Analytics Lead to manage and leverage people data from Workday and other HR systems to provide business insights. You will create and maintain clear business definitions and a reusable data dictionary to enable trusted HR reporting and seamless downstream integrations. You’ll also apply strong data engineering practices to deliver reliable pipelines and data models, improve automation and observability, and drive continuous improvement.
