Team Lead, Cost & Analytics

Job description

We are seeking a Team Lead, Cost & Analytics to lead our Cost & Performance Analysis function within Supply Chain. In this role, you will use analytical and quantitative methods to understand, predict, and enhance direct and indirect supply chain processes - driving improved cost management, productivity, and operational decision-making. As the Cost & Performance Analysis Team Lead, you will be responsible for enabling and guiding your team while working closely with senior specialists and cross-functional leaders to ensure the right work is prioritized at the right time. You will play a critical role in translating complex data into actionable insights that support SCM planning, execution, and long-term strategy.
