What does your job look like as a Compliance Expert? More specifically, we are looking for an experienced, customer oriented Compliance Expert who proactively advises on regulatory developments and rigorously monitors and reports on compliance with internal and external rules. Your focus will be on compliance with regulations related to distribution and integrity, and you will report to the Manager Operational Risk & Compliance. Are you driven by turning complex regulations into concrete guidance and ensuring correct compliance? Then you are the person we are looking for! What impact will you have as a Compliance Expert? As a Compliance Expert, you will monitor developments in both internal and external regulations. Your role is to advise management and employees. You will act as an independent partner who can translate applicable regulations into clear and concrete obligations. You ensure adequate awareness of regulations and related obligations within the organisation. You structurally follow up on compliance with these rules and report your findings to management.
