About the Role iCapital is looking to hire an Assistant Vice President SDLC Governance and Internal Audit (SGIA) Engineer. This role will work closely with the Head of SDLC Governance and Internal Audit and various technology teams in governing the firm-wide SDLC and implementing, governing, and monitoring compliance of varied controls and policies, including providing support for the annual SOC 2 audit. In addition, the ideal candidate will share responsibility for performing administrative functions on Jira including user support. Responsibilities: - Coordinate and perform internal audits of SOC 2 controls and policy compliance. - Assist with governance of SDLC processes and associated tool configurations. - Create and maintain documentation for processes followed and tools used. - Develop, implement, and maintain SGIA processes. - Support the annual SOC 2 audit. - Assist with the administration of Jira and provide user support. Qualifications: - 5+ years of technology operations experience - Familiar with modern programming languages and frameworks - Technical leadership and management experience is a plus - Familiar with cloud-based technologies (i.e. AWS, K8s, etc.) - Able to...
