About the Opportunity This is not a typical technician role. We are looking for a senior irrigation professional who wants to grow into field leadership. You will start as our Lead Irrigation Technician — the go-to person in the field for complex diagnostics, technician support, and process improvement. From there, the path leads directly to Operations Manager as the company grows. If you are a skilled irrigation tech who is tired of just running calls and wants to help lead a team, this was built for you. What You Will Do In the Field (Phase 1 — Lead Technician) As the Company Grows (Phase 2 — Operations Manager) What You Will Earn Component | Details Base Salary | $48,000 – $55,000 annually Production Commission | 20% on personal service revenue Team Bonus — $50K/mo revenue | +$500/month Team Bonus — $60K/mo revenue | +$1,000/month Team Bonus — $70K/mo revenue | +$2,000/month Strong performers who help the team hit revenue targets can meaningfully increase their total compensation.
