Description The Project Manager/Application Analyst is a hybrid role that combines execution-focused project management with hands-on enterprise application support. In the project management capacity, this position leads the structured delivery of approved initiatives using waterfall, agile, or hybrid methodologies. Projects may include operational enhancements, system implementations, process improvements, and cross-functional business initiatives. Key responsibilities include detailed project planning, scope definition and control, schedule and milestone management, resource coordination, risk and issue management, dependency tracking, stakeholder communication, and executive-level status reporting. The role ensures disciplined execution, adherence to governance standards, alignment to approved scope, and successful delivery across multiple concurrent initiatives. In the application analyst capacity, this role provides the technical expertise required to support enterprise applications and maintain operational stability.
