SUMMARY: At Magnolia, the Busser/Runner is responsible for clearing and resetting tables and running food to guests. This position works from Magnolia Table in Waco, Texas. It reports to the Assistant Front of House Manager and has no supervisory responsibilities. ESS ENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: *Metrics evaluated on Performance Review - Ensure the highest level of guest care, in line with Magnolia’s brand - Clean and reset tables in line with Magnolia Table process and procedure - Assisting servers by pre-bussing tables and taking dishes to the kitchen* - Run food and drinks to designated tables with a sense of urgency* - Maintain dish area by cleaning and organizing dishes and containers and help with trash runs - Ensure the outside of the restaurant is clean and free of trash or debris* - Respond to guest needs when possible and/or communicate to a manager if necessary - Ensure that paper towel dispensers, hand sanitizer and hand soap are all fully stocked - Ensure a safe and clean working environment* - Perform other duties as assigned COMPETENCIES: - Teamwork : Contribute to a team environment supporting diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging.
