Customer Service Coordinator at The NSS Group Part of Testing: £28,500 per annum Temp contract - min of 4 months with potential to extend About NSS Group: NSS Group is a nationwide specialist service provider, offering building maintenance, window and technical cleaning, platform hire, and equipment testing – all delivered in-house across the UK. About NSS Testing: As a division of NSS Group, NSS Testing provides design, installation, and maintenance of height safety systems and compliance testing services. We ensure clients meet health and safety regulations and British Standards through our Access & Safety and Electrical & Automation teams. The Role: We're seeking a proactive Customer Service Coordinator to support day-to-day operations within NSS Testing. You'll act as the key point of contact for clients and internal teams, coordinating service requests, scheduling works, supporting field operatives, and ensuring accurate job reporting and invoicing.
