This position will focus on supporting corporate and property operations teams in the drafting, interpretation and enforcement of legal documents and in efforts to maintain compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. The Paralegal will effectively serve as a liaison between property staff and the corporate office, helping to communicate and implement legal requirements and company policies, training and guiding property staff through complex legal matters and elevating issues for resolution by Staff Attorneys, the Vice President of Legal Affairs, the General Counsel and/or outside attorneys, as appropriate.
