Learning Delivery Specialist (Facilitator)

Job description

The Learning Delivery Specialist is a highly skilled facilitator responsible for delivering engaging, interactive, and product-accurate training experiences for clients and internal teams. Unlike traditional trainers who deliver strictly templated content, this role requires deep product expertise, the ability to adapt on the fly, and the skill to guide learners with varying roles, contexts, and levels of technical proficiency. Learning Delivery Specialists partner closely with L&D Specialists (product SMEs) and Instructional Designers to bring curriculum to life through exceptional facilitation. They ensure that training sessions reflect standardized product workflows, customer use cases, and the high variability of real-world implementations. This role is critical in building learner confidence, improving product adoption, and creating cohesive, high-quality learning experiences across all client engagements. T his position is onsite 5 days a week at our Richardson, Texas location.
