Position: Stationary Engineer I: Location: Condell Medical Center; Libertyville, IL. Full Time; 3rd Shift: ~Hours: 10pm-6:30am; rotating weekends, help with 2nd shift as needed. Major Responsibilities: - Works within clearly defined standard operating procedures. - Operates all campus heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) equipment including boilers, steam absorption and centrifugal chillers, cooling towers, fans, pumps and systems in a manner that optimizes efficiency, safety, and occupant comfort per department policies and procedures with guidance/assistance. - Maintains accurate records and reports on all equipment startup, failures, problems, work in progress and completed work through logbooks and computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) with guidance/assistance. - Basic level of skill to utilize BAS as a tool for both monitoring...
