Reporting to the Production Manager, you will drive operational excellence and continuous improvement within the Business Unit. You will manage Daily Management Systems, enhance equipment reliability, support digital transformation efforts, analyze performance data to prioritize improvements, lead problem‑solving activities, build employee capabilities, collaborate cross‑functionally, and oversee capital initiatives. A Taste of Your Responsibilities: - Own Daily Management Systems (DMS) within the Business Unit, including creation and implementation of standards. - Use technical knowledge of mechanical, pneumatic, electrical, and hydraulic systems to improve equipment reliability. - Develop employee capabilities related to systems, standards, and technical understanding. - Promote technological transformation through effective use and improvement of digital tools. - Analyze Key Performance Indicator (KPI) data to identify and prioritize improvement opportunities. - Lead small groups through structured problem‑solving methodologies. - Manage small projects independently using tools within the Conagra Performance System. - Collaborate with Operations, Finance, Engineering, Supply Cha...
