Typical schedule follows a 9/80 format with early start times, including a 6:00 a.m. daily operations meeting. The Maintenance Superintendent leads maintenance and reliability activities for an industrial operation, supporting rotating and electrical assets while improving equipment reliability and operational performance. This role focuses on people leadership, field presence, and problem‑solving in a fast‑paced environment, with opportunities to drive long‑term reliability improvements and team development.
