The Reliability Engineer is an integral part of our maintenance team focused on predictive and preventive measures for the mill. We are seeking an Engineer to support mill operations by analyzing, improving, and automating complex production processes. This role is a learning role which focuses on equipment reliability, advanced process control strategies, and real-time optimization technologies that enhance safety, throughput, and system uptime across our lumber manufacturing operations.
