Description The Center for Women’s Health and Reproductive Medicine at the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania seeks candidates for an Assistant Professor position in the tenure track. Expertise is required in the specific area of basic and/or translational research in female-focused biology and women’s health, including but not limited to endometrial biology, endometriosis, gynecological cancers, reproductive processes, and pregnancy. We encourage candidates employing modern technologies, human research, animal models, and computational biology. Applicants must have an M.D. and/or Ph.D degree. The successful candidate's faculty appointment will be in the Perelman School of Medicine (PSOM) department that best matches the candidate’s scientific interests and skill set. Teaching responsibilities may include teaching and mentoring exceptional medical students, residents, fellows, and graduate students. Other opportunities may include formal lectures amongst the academic community.
