At Heffron, our Client Services Consultants are the first point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders across the business. This is a varied and fast-paced role where no two days are the same. You’ll play an important part in delivering a great client experience, supporting internal teams, and helping clients understand the products and services we offer. About the role: Reporting to the Client Services Manager, the Client Services Consultant is responsible for providing exceptional customer-first support across Heffron. Acting as a key triage point for inbound enquiries, you’ll respond to a broad range of client queries, provide information on our services, and identify opportunities to connect clients with additional products and support.
