Collaborates with physicians, medical professionals, staff and families to ensure quality of care. Therapists provide assessment and care for patients of all ages from neonates through the geriatric patients. Additional training may be required to work with special programs, procedures or specified groups of patients as determined by department guidelines and best practice.
