Evaluate, treat, and help prevent illnesses and injuries that occur regularly in the general population. Refer patients to specialists when needed for further diagnosis or treatment. Family Medicine physicians work at various clinics and locations across Denver Health. Education: - Admit, evaluate, diagnose, treat, and provide consultation to patients of all ages with acute and chronic illnesses, including major and complicated, and perform procedures. (65%) - Provide preventative and therapeutic care for patients of all ages. This includes admitting patients, providing preventative care, acute care, prenatal care, injury care, management of chronic illnesses, and performing procedures.
