Lead Pediatric LPN, Vaccine Coordinator Summary: Under the guidance and support of the Director of Nursing, the Lead Pediatric Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides clinical leadership, ensuring coordination of patient care and oversight of nursing and Medical Assistant staff within the Pediatric Medicine Department. The Lead Pediatric LPN serves as a resource for staff, while collaborating with providers and leadership to optimize workflow, ensure adherence to clinical standards and regulation policies to ensure the promotion of high-quality patient care for the pediatric population.
