Reporting to the Director of Business Development, the Hospice Account Referral Specialist develops business partnerships generating hospice referral growth by making effective sales contacts, calls, and presentations. Serves as the GHS staff liaison with physicians, facilities, discharge planners, and community agencies. Responsible for the overall development and referral growth of assigned territory. EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS: - Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field required - Minimum of five years’ experience in hospice or home health sales or a related industry with a proven record of achieving incremental growth in direct sales - Must possess and maintain Florida driver’s license - Must possess and maintain automobile insurance ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: - Works with the Director of Business Development to achieve admissions goals and objectives; monitors outcomes for business development representatives and transition liaisons.
