The ideal candidate is an engaging educator who understands the developmental needs of young children and brings current or recent experience as a lead teacher in an early childhood classroom. Teaching Duties: Design and implement a developmentally appropriate, play-based curriculum that supports the whole child. Create a warm, welcoming, and engaging classroom environment where children feel known and valued. Lead daily instruction through a balance of structured learning, inquiry, and purposeful play.
