As an Inspector, you will visit residences at the start, during and/or upon completion of work, with follow-up visits as needed to ensure customer satisfaction. This position is full time, Monday - Friday, and will work in our closet RISE office location. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Interpret written and sketched work orders. Train, direct and maintain good working relationships with installation crews. Interact with homeowners effectively and diplomatically during site visits and when issues arise. Facilitate on-site work to ensure completion in a timely manner. Perform diagnostic tests (blower door and combustion safety tests, infrared scans) and employ other inspection methods to ensure that all installed materials and equipment adhere to quality standards.
