Collect payment for services according to FL DOH Accounts Receivable policy, provide receipt and Continuity of Care to each client for each payment or visit transaction as evidenced by a monthly audit of daily billing reports provided by FL DOH Volusia Accounts Receivable department. Release of information/medical records: Scan all required documents, correctly linking documents to client HMS record and perform accurate data entry into HMS, FL SHOTS and FLMMIS as evidenced by errors identified during monthly audits.
