Job description

Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. - 12 years of experience in advertising sales, digital marketing, ecommerce, retail, or media. - 7 years of leadership experience. - Ability to communicate in English fluently to engage with clients in the region. Preferred qualifications: - Experience in the Retail and E-commerce industry, specifically navigating the complexities of omnichannel sales and digital storefronts. - Deep and technical understanding of Marketing Measurement and Retail-specific KPIs (e.g., ROAS, POAS, Omnichannel attribution) to help customers drive optimal ROI. - Deep understanding of brand marketing, with a proven track record of growing customers’ businesses through full funnel media solutions. - Proven track record of revenue attainment, consistently meeting or exceeding commercial quotas in a large-scale sales environment. - Ability to communicate in Dutch fluently to engage with clients in the region.
